Same Day Shipping

  • Same day shipping applies to orders placed before 12pm (AEST).

  • Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day.

  • We do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the next business day.

  • In some cases, delays may occur due to stock backorders or circumstances outside of our control. Should this happen, we will contact you with an updated ETA for your order.

Returns & Damaged Goods

We do our best to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Damaged in Transit
    If your additives arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the damaged items and packaging, along with your order details, are required.

  • Once verified, we will organise a replacement shipment at no cost to you, or, if preferred, a refund/credit for the damaged items.

  • Incorrect Items / Faults
    If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us with your order details. Return shipping costs will be covered by Mr DPF if the error is on our end.

  • Change of Mind
    Please note, returns for change of mind are not accepted. We encourage customers to carefully review their order before checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order.

Delivery Restrictions

Please note that there may be restrictions on certain orders, such as bulk quantities, flammable, or hazardous products. In these cases, special courier arrangements may be required, and additional shipping conditions or costs may apply. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you directly before dispatch.

Warranty

No warranty is given by Bluechem or Mr DPF as to the quality or suitability of the goods for any purpose, and any implied warranty is expressly excluded. Neither party shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods, or caused by the goods, however arising.
